Dr. Ohad is a psychologist with over 20 years of experience as a therapist, supervisor, clinical director, and course instructor. He received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D) from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2004.
In 2009 he founded and subsequently managed the CBT Institute of Israel, a nationwide network of clinics dedicated to providing CBT around the country to adults suffering from a variety of anxiety disorders, OCD, eating disorders, anger management, sleep disorders, BFRB's, and low self-esteem.
He later developed the CBT-TIME transdiagnostic protocol, a singular protocol effective for the treatment of many disorders. Dr. Ohad regularly presents this protocol at international CBT conferences and trains therapists on the use of the protocol.
Today Dr. Ohad provides Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to adult patients with a variety of issues, trains and supervises therapists, presents at international CBT conferences, and heads the development of the Self Help Doctor, a platform for teaching individuals with emotional issues to treat themselves without the help of a therapist, via an online program based on his protocol.
On Udemy, Dr. Ohad provides a free mini-course that teaches how certain emotional habits can lead to the development of a variety of issues, as well as a full course that teaches CBT exercises students can use to overcome emotional issues on their own without the help of a therapist.
