I am a lecturer at the Department of Food Technology, Binus University. I am also a Subject Content Specialist in basic food science. The subjects I teach include food analysis, food chemistry, chemistry, and sensory evaluation. My research focuses on the development of functional foods related to stunting and colon cancer prevention.
