Niluka began her career at KPMG LLP, where she led international teams before moving into entrepreneurship. She later built a successful public speaking and coaching business working with both companies and individuals, as well as a tech startup that secured investment and was featured in the UK press.

Today, she’s a business mentor and future of work leader, helping professionals and founders design businesses that give them freedom and impact. She is a member of the UN Innovation Council. She has helped hundreds of early-stage entrepreneurs move forward in their first years of business, going from idea to growth and traction.
