From small-scale, economy hotels to several hundred room conference properties, Nikki has worked the gamut of hotel management and sales over the last 15 years. Born and raised in Indianapolis, IN, Nikki earned her BA and MA in Tourism and Event Management from Indiana University. Rising through the ranks from a Front Desk Agent all the way to Director of Sales and Revenue Management, Nikki has a thorough knowledge of hotel operations from various perspectives. Most of her professional experience was spent managing portfolios of hotels through strategic revenue management as well as group and convention sales. Currently, Nikki is working at a global travel management company in hotel technology, leveraging her hotel knowledge to bring savings and value to her clients.

Outside of work, Nikki is an outspoken advocate for the LGBTQIA2s+ community and women's rights. In her free time, she enjoys raiding the local bookstores for new queer fiction, petting all of the dogs she comes in contact with, and volunteering at her local LGBTQ+ youth center.
