My journey has taken me from the oil fields as a Field Engineer with Schlumberger to leading sales teams for a Jakarta-based life insurance provider, and now, as the Head of Learning at KPI Consultancy.

What gets me up in the morning is my passion for helping others unlock their full potential. I love facilitating growth and watching people transform their communication and sales skills.
