Currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Communication and Cultural Industries at Polytechnic University of Valencia, she seeks to unite Spain and Iran through operatic collaborations.
As an educator, Negin has been a prominent figure at Tehran University of Arts for over two decades, teaching orchestration, music history, counterpoint, composition, and classical piano. Her dedication to education led her to establish Gozar Music Academy in Tehran, providing a platform for young musicians to flourish.
Beyond her contributions to education, Negin is a prolific composer and visual artist. Her compositions, including orchestral works recognized at the Fajr International Music Festival, showcase her resilience and creativity. Additionally, her multidisciplinary talents are evident in exhibitions worldwide, where her drawings and poems are featured.
Negin's musical journey began with the arrival of a piano in her household during political upheaval in Iran. Despite limited music education opportunities, she pursued her passion fervently. After earning a master's degree in textile engineering, she redirected her path to embrace music wholeheartedly upon moving to Canada.
Studying at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto and later at the Art University in Tehran, Negin expanded her artistic horizons and became the institution's inaugural master's graduate in composition. Her compositions, including symphonic orchestrations with renowned orchestras, have enriched Iran's musical landscape.
Negin's endeavors extend beyond her personal achievements. She founded a Music Association in Iran, fostering collaboration among musicians, educators, critics, and students. Through her unwavering commitment to music and education, Negin continues to inspire aspiring musicians worldwide.
