Neelabha Chatterjee

Neelabha Chatterjee has been working in hospitality industry since 2011, and has successfully trained & developed over thousands of employees  through out his career.

He has experience in both operations and training, and has trained employees of major multinational QSR brands, and has successfully created a training structure, road map, and learning contents for one of the fastest growing QSR Brand in India.

It is from this experience Neelabha has found Skill Sprouts in 2020, which coaches & guides entrepreneurs inclined towards Quick Service Restaurants in business development.

Neelabha has also launched a QSR brand called Bao Story, in India, Goa, in the month of May 2023, which is quickly becoming a local favorite, and is on a fast expansion plan, even amidst the current covid crisis. 

Neelabha is also keen towards learning more about psychology & human behavior, so along with his degree of BSC in Hotel & Hospitality Management with Applied Nutrition, he is now perusing a Masters Degree in Psychology.

To spread the awareness of psychological health Neelabha also manages social media pages to influence others along with other  practitioners.
