When Navin was 10 years old, his mother took him for a "Satsang", which is sort of harmonic preaching with lots of music & chants.

There the learned Guru in his baritone voice enunciated,

"Life is an uncertain journey, who knows just a few steps ahead, which turn it might take."

The journey of Navin's life has been filled with many such turns, a commerce graduate and an MBA, he started his career in investment banking, but the path soon took him in a different direction. Along the way, he realized his passion for training & stories.

Now Navin is a published author, corporate trainer, and has trained 1000's of students across the corporate pyramid. He is also the founder of The Filmy Cut - A YouTube channel with over 280,000 subscribers, where his stories have been seen by millions.

He believes every training even if it is of the most boring topic can be made more interesting with passion, creativity, and storytelling.
