I am a primary school teacher who is passionate about children's well-being. Over the last eight years I have trained in life coaching, meditation, mindfulness, yoga and positive psychology. I have used this training to develop lesson plans that empower children to flourish through increased confidence, self-esteem, positive relationships and gaining a stronger sense of identity. My goal is to help teachers to bring these scientifically proven well-being techniques into their classrooms in an easy and effective way to combat the high rates of youth mental health issues.
