I'm Mukesh Kumar, a Lawyer, Mediator, Corporate Trainer, Researcher, Author, and Legal Course Designer with more than 10 years of professional experience in legal education, litigation, legal consultancy, research, and interdisciplinary training. I am passionate about making law practical, accessible, and professionally relevant for students, lawyers, educators, corporate professionals, and interdisciplinary learners. Over the years, I have worked extensively in areas relating to civil disputes, mediation, legal literacy, professional ethics, workplace laws, and emerging intersections between law, technology, and artificial intelligence. I have also authored multiple books on law and regularly engage in legal research, content creation, and skill-based training initiatives.
I hold an LL.B. from University of Delhi and an LL.M. from Tulane University Law School, a globally recognized institution known for its focus on practical legal training, negotiation, mediation, and interdisciplinary legal studies. Through Meliora Legal Center and other academic initiatives, I design and deliver practical courses, internship-cum-training programs, crash courses, and professional development programs in both live and recorded formats. My teaching approach combines real-world legal application with interdisciplinary perspectives, helping learners develop practical skills that are directly relevant to modern legal and professional environments.
