My mission is to help people take their lives, careers and organisations to the next level by bringing leadership to life. With over a decade worth of experience leading multi-million pound projects, I transformed my life by adopting leadership principles which enabled me to do more than he ever thought possible. I want the same for others.

Applying the leadership behaviours and principles which I discuss  took me to where I am today: a husband, business owner, Project Manager with a Masters Degree, Podcaster, Blogger and Author (Managers Are Not Leaders).

My passion is to use my experience, training and knowledge to serve others and inspire by bringing a fresh perspective to the world of leadership. I provide people with simple, trusted and valuable tools for them to make a positive impact in their lives too.
