Monique Ackerman

Hello everyone, my name is Monique. I am from South Africa and I live in beautiful Cape Town in the winelands.

I have been teaching ballet for just over 10 years and I have been dancing since I was a little girl at 5 years old. It has been my greatest passion and dancing is my life. I have been very blessed to have been mentored by incredible teachers over the years and have learnt a lot from them throughout my career.

I teach various age groups starting at 3 years old, right through to adults of all experiences (beginners and advanced). I have put on many productions and shows. This has been the highlight of my career. I have also judged many shows and competitions.

Through this course I would like to share my passion and great love of Ballet with you.
