Minimal Yoga Teacher
Monica Gentile is an Italian Yoga Teacher and dance artist, she started to approach Yoga when was very young in Italy and in Kerala (India). From 2011 to 2013 she attended the School of Hatha Yoga ISYCO in Bologna (IT) through the Department of Oriental studies of the University of Torino were she got the Degree of Hatha Yoga Teacher. From 2013 she was mastering her own Yoga practice based dealing with body and mind awareness. Her work was led with with simplicity, loving being, essentialness and minimalism. She developed the concept of Minimal Yoga while challenging herself teaching on Udemy. She is also a Laughing Yoga Leader and Ambassador with two years of experience with chronic pain patients at the Immanuel Klinik Am See in Rudersdorf, Berlin (DE). She is a dancer and choreographer, with a wide range of experience with body movement and a good knowledge of the body’s anatomy and Indian physiology.
