A teacher once told Mike that he would be “a much better student if you’d just stop talking.” Much to her disappointment, his love of communicating never subsided. If anything, it grew more intense and developed into a full-blown love affair with words and the ideas behind them. For the last 15 years, Mike has plied his skills of storytelling, persuasion and idea generation as a writer and Creative Director at digital advertising and marketing agencies in St. Louis and Atlanta. In addition to his professional experience, Mike is pursuing a Master's Degree in Critical and Creative Thinking from the University of Massachusetts - Boston. He has focused his studies on the teaching and implementation of creative thinking skills in the business environment.
