Doctor of Sociology from the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration Romania and Doctor of Psychology from Pedagogical State University Moldova. He is Professor at CBM International University (Hawaii USA, 2022) and Senior Researcher and Associate Professor at the Hyperion University & Zealandina Agency (London UK and Sydney Australia) (2020).

From 2005 to the present, he was Program Director, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Teacher, and Senior Researcher of Sociology, Psychology, and Informatics with the Hyperion University of Bucharest, Media College of Bucharest, and Adventus University. He held several leadership positions, as University Head of Department and Program Director. His research interest includes ICT applied in Education, Psychology, and Sociology.
