Director of Technical Support and IT Veteran

I am currently the Director of the Technical Assistance Center for a technology company.  I have been working in the support and IT field for almost 20 years, beginning with dial-up internet support and then progressing to fax and data network support roles.  Since 2002, my career focus has been on Voice Over IP (VoIP) technologies, specifically with Cisco products and technology.  I achieved my Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) in 2010 and moved into management in 2012.  

When I am not working or spending time with my family, I enjoy reading, learning to play the guitar, beer brewing, wine making, and playing the occasional game of golf.
