Matthew Strine

Matthew Strine has hit the “cycle” in the education world: From being a classroom teacher of students, to a building-wide teacher of teachers, to a director of a small team of educators, and then to leader of a whole school community as building principal. While rounding the bases was certainly a meaningful, and somewhat tiring experience, he landed back in the classroom again in 2020 and now teaches middle school and high school students in Monessen, PA Matthew’s class schedule includes high school level robotics a.k.a. Bots IQ, high school level Computer Programming, middle school Project Lead the Way, and middle school Tech Ed. In his free time Matthew moonlights as the Resident Educator at Typesy. He loves this opportunity, because since he know longer directly supervises teachers, he can still provide high-quality Professional Development in this role!
