I am a former High School Math and High School Equivalency teacher. I am now an assistant professor teaching mathematics education and educational technology courses. 

I have degrees in math and science education, with a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction: Mathematics Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

My areas of interest are mathematics anxiety, mathematics self-efficacy, and curriculum design in mathematics.
