MATT WILLIAMS is the author of several books including the bestselling Exercise Change: Build, Strengthen and Maintain Motivation to Exercise, and is the creator of Exercise Change. He is an expert facilitator and programme developer who has spent thousands of hours training a wide variety of groups and individuals from all walks of life. 

Since graduating with a Bachelor of teaching and Learning (BTcLn) in 2004, Matt has worked for a variety of public and private organisations. Much of his work has involved training people about how to motivate themselves and others, with the ultimate goal being positive change.
