Hi all – I’m a trainer, program developer and author with a specific interest in health related behaviour change. Most of the work I do in this area involves training people how to interpret and influence change.

I think people fail to make health related changes because they struggle with consistency. Coping with the peaks and troughs of motivation can be tough and a little confusing. By learning to interpret what’s happening in these moments you can learn to influence outcomes. Once you know what’s happening it becomes a lot clearer.
