Shane is an alumna at one of the prestigious culinary schools in the Philippines, Enderun Colleges, with a Bachelor's Degree of International Hospitality Management major in Culinary Arts. She received training at Texas, United States of America for 1 year and started her own pastry business upon coming back to the Philippines in her hometown and focused on Pastry Arts. She is the CEO and Pastry Chef at her own company for almost 6 years now (since 2014). Imparting knowledge to people who are interested in her craft has always been an honor and great pleasure for her.
