She partners with clients as a Columbia University Certified Executive Coach, delivering outcomes based on client’s specific objectives in the areas of leadership, communication, career transition, business growth and women's advancement.
Mary Jo developed the Career Transition course, a reflective, practical program that guides people to make a change. To share her program with others as an affordable alternative to 1:1 coaching, she is excited to partner with Udemy to make her program more accessible.
Mary Jo launched UP Business Communications in NYC in 2012 and continues to advise the team that creates custom workshops for companies like The Atlantic and The New York Times. She is also a communications coach for Own The Room, a global training company that works with Delta, Facebook and Linked In.
