Marwa has led product teams for a decade at various early stage startups backed by General Catalyst, Google Ventures, Founders Fund and more. She has interviewed hundreds of candidates and grown multiple product teams during her career. She is a product mentor for 500 startups, mentoring startups in North and South America, and the MENA region.

Marwa founded Trance, a video-based dance community with exceptional engagement where the top quartile of users opened the app 9 times a day. She was the first product hire at Savioke, a delivery robotics company featured in the book "Sprint". She was recently at Origin, a fin-tech SaaS startup with a growth rate only 1-3% of startups are able to achieve and was in charge of the core financial planning product.

Marwa helped her students and mentees land PM jobs and navigate the role. She received her Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Bryn Mawr College and her Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University.
