Martine Postma

Customer Success Manager

Martine works in the Customer Success department of the Brazilian startup Pipefy - an online workflow management tool, where she is responsible for assisting clients in their most optimal use of the tool. She finished her Bsc. in International Business at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (the Netherlands) with a thesis on 'Coevolutions of industries across different national settings - an exploratory case study on the interaction between the pharmaceutical industry and the institutional regime in the United States and China'. Within her bachelor, she completed the Honors College program, and she did a minor in International Economics in Porto (Portugal). Besides her studies, Martine was active as a Teaching Assistant in International Business Law, also at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen.
