I first began training in fitness circuits and martial arts at the tender age of 7. By the age of 15 years I achieved a black belt in Kung Fu and regularly instructed both children and adults in martial arts and weight fitness circuits.
I have trained in kick boxing and Krav Maga and throughout I have picked up tips and knowledge along my journey.
I have trained in many gyms, with different training partners from power lifters and body builders to triathletes.
Like many, I no longer have the time to commit to long drawn out training sessions. This is due to a family and a busy unpredictable work life.
I have used what I have learnt over the years to generate an effective training system that has enabled me to carry on training to a good level in spite of a busy lifestyle.
I love to help people reach their goals by teaching what I have learnt over the years.
