Mark C. Lepiten is a seasoned civil engineer, design manager, projects manager, and technical leader with extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure sectors. With a career that spans consultancy, contracting, and client-side roles in both Qatar and the Philippines, Mark has gained a wealth of practical knowledge and a deep understanding of the challenges and complexities of the construction industry.
Mark currently serves as the Central Technical Department Manager, where he leads technical teams, supports tendering and procurement processes, and oversees the execution of projects. He is also the founder and CEO of Marcuise ProTrain, an online platform dedicated to providing practical training for construction professionals, and the CEO of MAP Architectural and Engineering Services, offering multidisciplinary design and engineering solutions.
Passionate about sharing his knowledge, Mark is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and seminars. He covers a wide range of topics, from technical subjects to soft skills, leadership, and quality management, with a focus on providing actionable insights that professionals can apply directly in their careers.
