Marianna has worked with various startups over the past 10 years developing expertise in early growth alongside a passion for People Analytics. She has an extensive experience in HR analytics, working at Yva, MTS, and finishing master's background in this field. Twice a startup founder (Favot, Vard), founder of the community for women in STEM "Wonder women". She was part of the UAE 2031 strategy implementation and currently holds the position of Director at Women in Big data Dubai. She is also a Professor at the Higher School of Economics.
