I’m Makarios “Max” Abader, P.E., a Construction Project Managerwith years of experience leading complex, multimillion-dollar projects. Over my career, I’ve learned how to navigate schedules, budgets, contracts, and teams—and I’ve built this course to share those lessons in a clear, practical way.

My teaching style is structured but approachable. I break down complex concepts into simple steps so students at any level—whether trades workers, young professionals, or anyone curious about construction—can build real confidence in project delivery.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about soccer, DIY building, and exploring how technology and AI can transform construction. I believe learning should feel practical and engaging, and my goal is to help you walk away with skills you can apply right away.
