About me
Madelaine Claire Weiss is a Board Certified Executive, Career, and Life Coach with an MBA, and a Harvard-trained Licensed Psychotherapist who helps busy people learn how to manage their minds for greater satisfaction and success at work and in life.
She teaches, speaks, and trains on how human nature—our thoughts, emotions, and decision-making patterns—can either support or interfere with achieving our goals. Her work blends psychology, mindfulness, brain science, and practical tools that people can use right away in real life.
Madelaine has served as a Corporate Chief Organizational Development Officer, Group Mental Health Practice Administrative Director, trained mediator, and former Associate Director of an educational resource program at Harvard Medical School. At Harvard, she designed and delivered training programs for the Center for Learning and Performance and spoke before the Joint Committee on the Status of Women.
She is a chapter co-author in Handbook of Stressful Transitions Across the Lifespan (Springer), the bestselling author of Getting to G.R.E.A.T.: A 5-Step Strategy for Work and Life—Based on Science and Stories, and the creator of the award-winning personal development workbook for kids and the people who love them, What’s Your Story?
Across all her courses, Madelaine brings a thoughtful, grounded, and humane approach—helping people think more clearly, respond more intentionally, and build lives marked by clarity, fulfillment, and joy.
