Hello! I am an animal science major turned women’s health coach with a big heart for educating women about their cycle and fertility. I am in the midst of completing my fertility educator certification through FEMM and I have been tracking my cycles for about 2+ years. My experience in the animal science field got me interested in fertility and reproduction, and my own (bad) experience with symptoms being dismissed pushed me to pursue becoming a cycle coach.
