Since then, I’ve spent my career developing myself as a leader, and developing leaders in my workplace. I’ve now managed hundreds of people in one of the world’s largest industrial companies. I decided to create this training material on the key components of leadership so that managers can, in a focused and user-friendly manner, learn the critical components of being a good leader.
