On a daily basis, I work for the biggest company when it comes to ServiceNow usage - Accenture.

I have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing complex workflows, forms, and custom applications in ServiceNow, helping various global organizations to streamline their IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM).

I have multiple ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM Professional), and Certified Application Developer (CAD). and recently passed Discovery (CIS-Discovery). All passed on the first try.

I am a huge fan of daily learning and sharing the knowledge.

Every week I publish articles on LinkedIn. I started to teach on Udemy to help developers pass their ServiceNow Certifications and learn about this powerful platform.
