Louis ‘Lou’ Brown has been buying, selling and holding real estate since 18. In 1987 after being forced to teach a class found he had a love to teach others the secrets he had mastered in real estate investing. . In 1993 he became the founding president of the National Real Estate Investors Association. He’s also President Emeritus of the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association. In 2012 he founded the Certified Affordable Housing Provider®️ initiative. Investors have long regarded the forms, system and training he offers to be the best in the industry. He has licensees of his real estate system in all 50 states and 16 foreign countries.
