My name is Laurika and I am a writer and teacher

I publish books on Amazon. I teach healing classes both face-to-face (in UK, Sweden and South Africa) as well as on Udemy. I also present meditations and do card readings face-to-face, on my website and on YouTube.

MORE ABOUT ME:

A South African by birth, I’ve lived in Namibia, USA, the UK and Sweden. I’m a world nomad who travels and lives where my soul feels at home.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology. I am an Usui Reiki master teacher (2005) and Reiki for animals practitioner as well as a certified life purpose and life story coach. I have a Counselling Diploma Level 3 with TQUKI in the United Kingdom (UK) and have trained and volunteered with the UK’s Samaritan’s in listening and offering emotional support to callers who are suicidal and in distress.

Experience: Previously the features editor for The Reiki Association's print magazine called Touch, offered emotional support at a London prison, energy healer, Reiki teacher, meditation teacher, mindfulness workshop host and corporate communications manager for global tech companies.
