Hello!

I am Lauren Cannon, a former brick and mortar teacher turned online educator and curriculum creator.  I currently teach online for Outschool and VIPKID which means I teach students around the world ages 3-18 English language skills, keyboarding, phonics, reading and map skills. I am adding more classes so stay tuned. I have been teaching adults keyboarding and English as a second language on my own for a while now. I'm expanding this on the side and I love where it is taking me.

I also tutor students ages 2-80+ in English as a Second Language courses I have created. All of my lessons have some sort of element of fun and interactivity because I strongly believe in this being a motivating factor. Plus, I have more fun the more fun my students have! My teaching style is high energy with scaffolding and patience built in. I strongly believe in differentiation and meeting a learner where he/she is in their learning.
