I am a professional chef, I started working in restaurants for the first time in Debrecen, the second biggest city of Hungary 12 years ago.
In the beginning of my career, I did basic kitchen operations, such as preparing meat and chopping vegetables. With persistent, enthusiastic work, I learnt the techniques of making traditional Hungarian dishes, including soups, ragouts and desserts. I like to experiment and create new foods. My grandmothers cooked very well, home cooking has a long history in Hungary.
I have worked in many restaurants in Hungary, as well as in Norway, Scotland and Germany - I am also a bit proficient in Italian, Japanese and Thai gastronomy. I like to make vegetarian food and healthy food.
In my course I would like share my knowledge with you and introduce you to the preparation of traditional Hungarian dishes step by step, causing you joy and new experiences. I would like to present everything - preparation, baking, cooking.
The correct preparation and the correct use of kitchen technologies are also very important parts of the correct preparation of food, only this way can be the end result delicious.
