As a highly skilled nutritionist and a researcher with a worldwide extended experience, Laili Mahmoudian provides efficient and science-based nutrition advice to clients.
In her practice, she uses the most updated and research-based data to find the best solution for her clients. She applies her knowledge of nutrition and science to improve the quality of their lives.
She has a strong academic background as she led and participated in research projects in several fields such as nutrition, molecular biology, diagnostic technologies. She obtained a PhD in Engineering in molecular biology in Japan at Nagoya University where she developed new diagnostic tools for detection of pathogenic bacteria. She did her postdoctoral training in French national research centre (CNRS), Paris, France. As a research associate at the University of Toronto, she worked on several clinical projects such as detection of tumour cells in the blood of cancer patients.
She is the honours author or co-author of several scientific articles in the field of nutrition, molecular biology, nanotechnology, molecular cancer diagnostics to name some.
She is passionate about nutrition; she is finishing last year of nutrition sciences program at the University of Ottawa. She has great skills in dietetic nutrition such as
