About Chris from KD Meditation:
After suffering for many years from Stress, anxiety and depression at the age of 18, Chris decided to change his life. He started to look for solution and discovered meditation to be the best way to deal with stress, depression, anxiety and problems with learning and concentration.
After overcoming his problems at age of 20. He spent more than 10 years teaching others and perfecting his meditation methods.
Chris is author of How to Meditate Step by Step Guide and founder of 3 KD Meditation System a 3 step formula to overcome stress, depression, anxiety and achieve inner peace through process of realization.
Chris Mission is now to help others overcome their difficulties and become happy healthy and stress free.
