He led Quality and Estimation initiatives in Asia, Europe and USA.

He has worked in the roles of Business Analyst, Project Administrator, Quality Consultant, Internal Auditor, Trainer and Software Estimation Consultant.

His areas of expertise include process consulting spanning Definition, Implementation, Maintenance, and Improvements in line with ISO 9001 and 27001 standards, CMMI and Agile models.

He also worked extensively on Software Estimation and Measurement in line with IFPUG FPA, NESMA, COSMIC and SNAP methodologies.
