Kristen Porter is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher (RYT 200), corporate attorney, wife and mom. She is also Reiki I & II certified. Her passion is helping people realize their true strength and inner light by sharing wisdom learned through yoga, meditation and incorporating positive changes in her own life. Kristen has been on and off the mat since she was 16 years old and has been dedicated to her own practice for the last several years. She loves cooking, hiking, painting, writing and music and is passionate about animal rescue. She loves spending time with her talented and beautiful daughter (and co-teacher of the kids classes) Ella, her loving and supportive husband Greg and the other (four-legged) members of her family. Kristen believes that yoga can be transformative for anyone by increasing body awareness which leads to body appreciation.
