I received my Masters degree in Applied Exercise Science and undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology. I'm a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Metabolic Effect Certified Nutrition consultant specializing in hormonal fat loss and I hold 5 pilates certificates through Balance Body University.
I've worked with men, women, professional athletes, kids and just about every age and stage in between. My personal experiences, paired with my extensive experience in the fitness industry, will get you the results you're after and the best part - you'll learn how to maintain them!
