About me
Master Black Belt Ken Ramaley is a highly sought-after speaker, instructor, and innovator for Process improvement. Ken served as a Master Black Belt for General Electric, Prudential, and Bank of America before starting his own companies in 2012, helping firms in Retail, Manufacturing, and Services effectively deploy Six Sigma, Agile, and Lean Methodologies and shifting corporate cultures.
Ken’s Six Sigma Project teams have received numerous awards, including General Electric “Best of Six Sigma”. His students have achieved roles as senior leaders at many of America’s largest companies.
Ken founded Ramaley Group and Agile Sigma Academy on the twin pillars of “Thinking Like a Black Belt” and “Hands-on Learning”. His courses reflect these ideals and are designed to provide learners with maximum ROI for their training investment.
After receiving his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Brown University, Ken earned his MBA from the University of Chicago in Finance and General Management.
