I work to translate this mixed communication into actionable points for the technical, web, and marketing team to execute for maximum ROI, while giving the captain of the ship exactly what he wants.
I can identify connections in a powerful way and then see the technical, social and marketing connections best suited to the success of a particular strategy. I also see the human connections that enable me to build an effective team of professionals. I have high expectations of myself and those around me. The only obstacle I face, is when my team doesn’t deliver on their promises and I will use whatever resources I have access to in order to ensure that they are able to do their best work and keep to their commitments. As a result, I usually get the best from my team. I assume that everyone I work with share my passion – which they often do, as my passion is usual highly contagious.
