Kelly Yotebieng

Global health and medical anthropology professional

Ms. Yotebieng holds a Masters in Public Health (MPH) and her experience includes 9 years living and working in West and Central Africa including Cameroon, the DRC, Rwanda, Burundi, the Republic of Congo, Central African Republic, Chad, Guinea, Mali, Senegal and Nigeria. She is a seasoned global health professional with over 10 years of training and experience leading large teams in the development and implementation of high-performing evidence-based programs. She assisted a refugee resettlement agency based in Columbus, OH to start up a new mental health screening and referral program. As the Head of Programs for Catholic Relief Services (CRS) in the Democratic Republic of Congo, she was responsible for overseeing a multi-donor $28 million/year portfolio of complex mental and physical health programs. She is fully proficient in speaking, reading, and writing French and currently beginning a PhD program in medical anthropology at the Ohio State University and consulting for global health agencies.
