Hi there, My name is Kassem Shehadi , I have experience in Information Technology Desktop Support Coordinator with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry. I started my career as  help desk , then after that in the technician team, more experience added to my career path , I am happy to share information with others. I am working as Desktop Technical support.

I am looking more about teaching what I am learning.

Since I love to work in IT environment , and now with the new technology . I very happy to share with others what I know about the cloud and how are the exams going through.
