Karima Hughes

Originally from the Caribbean, I am  passionate about fostering adult learning and initating  change in the education field. My fourteen years of experience is the foundation for all that I do to impact the lives of young adults to maximize their potential no matter their cultural, ethnic, academic, and economic background. I have taught English Language Arts to 7th and 8th graders and English to 10th and 11th graders. I am currently in a doctoral program -- specializing in Instructional Design for Online Learning.
