Justin Pearman White
Justin originally began his studies in actuarial science, but soon found his passion in software development, a career which he has focused on for over 25 years.
He has coded on projects as a lone developer, as part of a team, from junior to senior, as a BI analyst, as an architect, has project managed multiple teams and overseen enterprise projects.
Justin has worked as a consultant, being farmed out to multiple businesses, worked in software development houses producing off-the-shelf software (long before SaaS was even a thing) and has worked in and managed corporate IT teams.
He has owned and ran a software development company for 13 years and has been the Group CIO of a multi-national financial services group.
Justin loves to help developers, and would be developers, to practically understand software development and he understands that technical know-how doesn't always translate into understanding the process and in making software that works.
His goal in courses is to take abstract ideas and make them practical and to show that even the most complex projects become easy, one logical step at a time.
