A native Californian with a passion to cook since childhood; guided me to enroll in the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts where I received a degree in Occupational Studies.
As luck would have it, I participated in a mystery basket to have the rights to join a new groundbreaking fine dining restaurant at the happiest place on earth while working under one of California's top Executive Chef's which allowed me to hone my skills and refine my techniques. In the seven years working at this fine dining restaurant where menus changed seasonally, allowed me to experience new modern techniques using the freshest ingredients. This was an incredible experience.
My goal is to help cooks around the world; at all cooking levels to enjoy great food by elevating their cooking skills and techniques.
