My name is Jon Hughes and my area of expertise is in nutrition and fitness. I have a bachelors degree in Nutritional Sciences with a major in Nutrition and Fitness and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. In addition to studying nutrition and fitness, I have also lived it as I am former Division I athlete. I've also worked with Division I athletes as an Athletic Performance Coach helping athletes gain muscle, lose fat, and become better athletes. I recently graduated with my Masters of Science degree in Sport Pedagogy. I taught undergraduate fitness courses including beginning and intermediate weight training and aerobic running. I am also a Division I volunteer track coach, and personal trainer/group exercise instructor.
