Johnny is an expert at passing interviews. He is currently the Head of Policy and Strategy for The Adecco Group, the largest HR company in the world. He is also a Governor and Member of the Board for a national - multi-campus UK university.
Before, he has extensive experience in career and policy development, including spending 15 months in Government headquartered in Downing Street, and also worked in the Business, Trade and Digital Departments. During this time, he founded Inspired and Hired, a social initiative, which won an award by the then UK Business Secretary.
Johnny also spent two years as the CEO of the National Association of College and University Entrepreneurs (NACUE), a national charity that helps young people come more entrepreneurial and work oriented. It had funding from both Government, the EU and some of the largest companies in the world. Johnny was an enterprise judge for Microsoft Ventures and was the London Mayor's Low Carbon Judge during this time.
He is the author of 'The Grad Job Game'. Johnny graduated from Durham University and interned in KPMG and the Financial Regulators. He won the presentation award on his dissertation on colorectal cancer and graduated with a Natural Sciences degree in Biology, Business, and Geography. Johnny was the Representative Chair in Durham University and its former Livers' Out Officer for his college.
Passionate in sports, Johnny was the 2016 Welsh Indoor Rowing Silver Medalist and the 2009 National Schools Rowing Gold Medalist and Captain of Rowing.
Johnny lived in four countries and has an interest in telling stories, particularly through videography and writing.
