I have been a qualified physiotherapist, the equivalent of a physical therapist in the US, for 16 years. Most of this time I have treated people in pain in clinics and hospitals. Recently I have started working in a gym setting and this has allowed me to see how people will struggle to achieve a toned body.
So many people didn't achieve their goals due to constraints on their time, finances or energy levels. I realised with my expertise in anatomy, physiology and exercise science there were easier ways to achieve the outcomes that people wanted which could be longer lasting and more effective.
